University of Bolton Students Union 

http://www.ubsu.org.uk | Using the same Enterprise management system as the University of Bolton website, the Student Union wanted a website that had a similar presence as the universities website, but a sharper, ‘younger’ feel to it. So going for a black theme for the navigation bars, and using rounded colourful fonts, which have a slightly web retro feel. Hopefully in conjunction with the new Student Union President we’ll continue to develop a very engaging, extremely helpful website for Bolton’s student population.

Birtle Tree Services 

http://www.birtletreeservices.co.uk | Birtle needed to stand out from the crowd, they wanted a website that would immediately grab the attention of its viewers, and get people interested in what they have to offer. They wanted a visually rich website with lots of photography, showcasing there skills. Birtle also wanted to be able to update the website themselves, with Galleries of work, Blog entries, Latest News etc. 

University of Bolton

http://www.bolton.ac.uk | Involved in a large project to tender, acquire and install an Enterprise Content Management System. Nearly 2 years in and I’ve designed the templates and project managed the installation, brought in around 5000 webpages and now gradually bringing all of the universities 60,000 webpages into the system department by department. But also developing new websites for Current Students, for Staff and integrating customisable search facilities. There are currently around 100 Web Publishers with the website receiving around 1,000,000 visits a month.

Landywood Primary School

http://www.landywoodprimary.co.uk | Landywood needed a whole new website. One that they would be able to manage themselves, posting new pages,articles and images. Using the power of Wordpress I designed templates, installed the system, and helped them to get started using the system.http://blogs.landywoodprimary.co.ukAlso I was commissioned to  create a multi blog platform so the children could setup there own blogs, and also the staff to create online learning materials. Still being developed eventually all staff, students and classes will have blogs interacting with each other.

Lever Associates Financial Consultants

http://www.leverassociates.co.uk | Lever Associates are independant financial consultants and specialise in remote accounting for SME’s in the North West. They required a simple website that gave them a ’shop front’ on the internet.

Lever Plastering

http://www.leverplastering.co.uk | Italian Plastering specialists Lever Plastering needed Logo Design, Website Design and Photographic services. The website was developed closely with the client, with visits to his clients to photograph his work, and then processed and used to give his website a strong brand. Within weeks of developing this site with strong Search Engine Optimisation in place, Lever Plastering achieves 4th position in Google UK with the search term ‘italian plastering’. Ensuring a position in the first page of results everytime.
