We know that sometimes things don’t always go to plan which is why we created a monthly maintenance and support package designed to cover all levels of need. Our support solutions will ensure that your website content is up to date without lifting a finger. Regular updates made to your content will keep your site looking fresh and will ultimately help in maintaining high website rankings.

Standard Support Package

If you are a start-up or small business, the Basic Support Package is an ideal way for you to keep on top of your website without running up spiralling agency costs, or spending valuable time yourself.

  1. Response to all enquiries within 1 hour (9am-5pm Mon-Fri)
  2. 60 minutes support time each month (includes making changes to your website and telephone support)
  3. Quarterly site link check
  4. Monthly site traffic statistics and Analysis Reports
  5. The latest functional and security updates to your Management System
  6. £45 per month

Enhanced Support Package

If you are a small to medium sized business with a regularly updated website, the Enhanced Support Package is for you.

  1. Response to all enquiries within 1 hour (9am-5pm Mon-Fri)
  2. 90 minutes support time each month (includes making changes to your website and telephone support)
  3. Monthly site link check
  4. Monthly site traffic statistics and Analysis Reports
  5. The latest functional and security updates to your Management System
  6. £65 per month

Pay As You Go Support Credits

For small businesses that require support but not the sort of level that would be require a monthly arrangement. You basically purchase credits, each one is a 60 minute credit. Each time you make a request or submit a ticket then the amount of time to deal with that issue will be given to you in minutes, and once complete your credit will be adjusted. 1 credit is £45 and can last up to 6 months from date of purchase.

You are able to use this time for any support issues relating to your website and any other RM Internet service

  1. Response to all enquiries within 1 hour (9am-5pm Mon-Fri)
  2. 60 minutes support per Credit (includes making changes to your website and telephone support)
  3. Site link check – Once every quarter.
  4. Site traffic statistics and Analysis Reports
  5. The latest functional and security updates to your Management System
  6. £45 per 60 minute credit

We aim to deliver excellent levels of service to our clients.

There are occasions however, when factors outside of our immediate control mean that deadlines are not met. These factors can include; problems with Internet connections, server and hosting downtime, delays in receiving content and images from clients, and being unable to contact the client if further information is requested.

If we are unable to meet the agreed deadline, due to any factor that is beyond our control, we will complete the job as quickly as we can and will still guarantee your complete satisfaction.
